Today (October 31, 2022) again, an hour ago, I received another email reply from the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), India on my Saturday, October 22, 2:54 PM (9 days ago) email complaint against Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar and the Chief Minister of Telangana State, Mr. Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao, for killing four rape accused (daily wage laborers) Mohammed Arif, Chintakunta Chennakeshavulu, Jolu Shiva, and Jolu Naveen in a fake encounter on December 6, 2019.
